acquire

acquisition: once you have decided on an artwork to purchase, I will finalise the details on your behalf be it from another gallery, my gallery, directly from an artist, or from an existing collector/collection. I will arrange the purchase price, provenance, authenticity paperwork, framing, delivery, installation, and provide you with catalogue, care details and relevant financial information.

preservation: my services include the organisation of artwork preservation. I arrange expert reviews of artwork conditions or damage, resulting in reports and quotes for conservation & repairs; this may also include an assessment and recommendation for ongoing display location or re-framing. From here, I will create a ‘care & preservation schedule’ for you going forward.

care

cataloguing: have all your artwork information in one place; a report with details of artworks, artists, care & preservation schedule, location tracking, resting schedule, financial appreciation schedule, and specific information relevant to your existing collection. Further acquisitions will be added, and you can keep a digital and hard-bound copy on hand so you are always up-to-date with where your collection is at. Perfect for business or commercial collections, or personal collections that have some significance in quality or quantify of artworks.

conservation & resting: one-off or full collections; arrangement of any conservation requirements, repairs and light-resting facilitation.

reframe & reshuffle: working with Melbourne’s finest framers, installers and suppliers of hanging & lighting systems; my services can assist you with uplifts of your existing collection, new purchases and uplifting the look of your art displays. Talk to me about framing styles, hanging arrangements and new displays to suit your evolving interior flavours and accomodate new works in your space.

financial reporting: yearly financial reports and appreciation schedules; working with local art valuers to ensure your reports are meaningful and include valuable art assets.

check in: based on the ‘care & preservation schedule’ or reports/quotes for works, I will contact you at key timeframes to check your artworks are suitably cared for; I can arrange reshuffling or resting of artworks; as well as assist you with an updated schedule should you move house, office or business premises.
